Campers tending a prison garden

Camper type room above with real mattresses, pillows, and personal
lockers. Minimum security camps are preferred by most inmates. We'll
discuss the pros and cons and also the ways that you can help assure
that you are assigned to a camp.

Excerpt:

County Jail: Lockdown for 22 hours a day: One hour of rec in the
morning and one hour of rec in the evening. Books are very popular in
County jail. You will pass your time by writing friends and family and
reading books. Inmates exchange books constantly and this seems to be
the best way to pass the time. Don't take your meds with you and if
you do just take a few in each bottle because once you are processed in
you'll never see them again. You will be given the best match
equivalent of your meds that they keep on hand at the facility and some
meds or their equivalent that you are taking on the outside - you may
never receive at all. This holds true in prison facilities as well as
county jail.
Try to befriend people like yourself - White Collar or at least
non-violent offenders if possible. Most people want to make friends in
jail and unbelievably - there are some good people in there who will
help you. You are all in the same boat - and it ain't a good one.
Hang with your friends to play cards and etc. I played cards every
night with a cattle rustler, two bank robbers, and a counterfeiter. As
the old adage goes - there is safety in numbers and in county jail or
prison this is doubly true.
When I first arrived one fellow helped me get a different pair of
shower shoes and helped me get set up on the commissary list. Another
loaned me some instant coffee and got me a razor and some toothpaste.
Another friend helped me get a cell change as he thought I would be
better suited to a different cellmate and he was right. The only people
who will help you in here will be other inmates. Getting help from
guards and staff is the exception rather than the rule.

BINGO! Release Day - greeting an old friend at home and just moments
before I literally knelt down and kissed the ground. This is only a
few hours after I had been released from the halfway house and is the
one moment that every person who is incarcerated lives for.

My name is Steve Lanier and if you or a loved one are a non violent
offender and are facing Jail time and or Prison time you desperately
need what I have to offer and I am here to help you survive prison. I
am a true White Collar offender, having recently served time for
financial fraud and money laundering, and will literally walk you
through the entire indictment, sentencing, and incarceration process -
covering subjects in detail from loss of assets to prison violence. I
strive on my website to provide the ultimate Bible for surviving prison
and incarceration..

Surviving prison is not easy but it is possible. If you have been or
are about to be charged with financial fraud, embezzlement, money
laundering or any number of White Collar Crimes you could be facing
Federal Indictment, County Jail, Federal Prison, Prison, or a Federal
Prison Camp at some time in your future and I can help you with my
affordable White Collar Prison Guide.

Maybe it's time for a reality check. For you see - no matter what your
status in life or the size of your bank account - if you serve time,
you will be reduced to nothing more than another frightened inmate with
an ID number as your sole possession who has to deal with other very
bazaar inmates and prison staff on a daily basis. Prison is not a good
place to be and you're gonna need some help and some prison survival
information..

A little background - I owned and or operated my own brokerage for 14
years as well as a number of other business enterprises and as a true
White Collar offender I am now convinced that I possess very unique and
vital information for people who have been indicted or who are faced
with going to prison.

Many White Collar offenders are now hiring prison coaches to prepare
and inform them about prison life and how to survive prison. I provide
such a service as well as a hands on road map for prison survival. I
didn't have such information available to me and as a result I had to
learn everything the hard way - and believe me I remember it all - in
detail!

There are some very real things to be afraid of if you are faced with
incarceration. There are some mistakes that can be made that can add
years if not decades to your sentence. The white collar prosecution is
not a "he said - she said" type scenario. Most often white collar
crime leaves a paper or electronic trail that can be easily followed by
competent investigators. Bad advice or mistakes made during the
investigative phase or pre- incarceration period can result in you
doing a good portion of your adult life behind bars.

There are also mistakes that can be made that can result in your doing
time in a county jail. This is something that happened to me and
believe me it is not a place you want to be. I could have skipped this
chapter of my lock up experience if I had known what I know now. .

Around 90% of all people incarcerated are locked up on drug and or
firearms charges with about 10% being White Collar. Prison can be a
lonely place for a White Collar offender, but it is not the end of the
world. It is survivable and can be a growing and learning experience.
I have served time in both maximum and minimum security facilities and
have compiled an extensive and very detailed accounting of the events
leading up to, during, and after my incarceration. My goal is for my
service to become the Bible for surviving White Collar incarceration
and for simplifying a very complicated ordeal, and my hope is to make
the lives of those and their families who face incarceration much
better than they would have been without this information.

Let me back up a little. Just prior to my incarceration I was
frightened and anxious and needed some advice on how to cope with and
survive this dreaded tribulation ahead of me. I frantically searched
the internet and found only hyped up web sites with lots of neat prison
photos. Finally in desperation I purchased one and sure enough I was
disappointed. It was poorly written and contained statements I would
find out later to be false if not downright dangerous. Some will try
and scare the wits out of you and others will claim to know secret
methods of getting ones sentence reduced. One of these methods touted
is the RDAP program.
They make it sound as if the RDAP program is some sort of hidden secret
when in fact RDAP programs are widely known about in prison systems
throughout the country with thousands taking advantage of them every
year. Your case manager will file the applicable documents for you to
enter the program and many times will recommend the program. And yes
it is a way to get one's sentenced reduced by up to a year.
Your attorney can answer all your legal questions but he or she cannot
tell you how to survive incarceration for five minutes let alone
years. I learned everything I know about prison the hard way - and
believe me - I remember it all. I have striven to give the day in day
out nuts and bolts accounting of incarceration and surviving the prison
game, but the assistance and advice I have for you is not just my point
of view. For I have the unique advantage of having a close friend and
partner who worked as a nurse in the medical unit of a medium security
facility and has helped me with all areas pertaining to the medical
components of incarceration. I also have a friend and partner who
worked formerly as a prison guard and is now a counselor in a medium
security facility. His help with the administrative
and documentation areas of incarceration have been immeasurable.

Bottom line - whatever questions and or concerns you have about
incarceration - we've got you covered.

"Steve - I got your Silver package and it was exactly what I needed.
It's hard to believe there is so much that must be learned about
prison, but after going over your material I realize now just how much
I needed your help.

Above is a typical "County Jail" type cell. Ours was actually worse
with no pillows and our mattresses were only one inch thick. County
Jail is "maximum security" and in metropolitan areas comes complete
with gang members and violent offenders. It is also the hardest time
you will do as a white-collar inmate. Had I known then what I know now
I would never have been there in the first place. If you are white
collar - there are ways to avoid county jail.

"The Feds love publicity and at some point your charges will come out
in the local papers. If you are White Collar it will be worse and
could even make it to the local TV News Stations. Prosecutors in
general thrive on publicity, be they Federal or State, and my own story
made the front page of a number of local and State Newspapers. This is
something you must be prepared for and prepare your family for because
it will come."

Excerpt:

"My reporting date came and as I feared I did not have a prison
designation. I was to report to the US Marshalls' office at eleven
AM. My wife accompanied me there, and I was processed in. The jailer
allowed me a few minutes to say goodbye to my lovely wife. I gave her
my wallet, belt, watch and etc. and could see the pain in her
face. Her eyes were wet - we kissed and embraced then I turned and
walked through the steel door which was held ajar by the jailer. I
heard the massive door clang shut behind me, and that was the last time
I would taste freedom until my release from Federal incarceration. I
knew I was at least temporarily headed for the notorious Oklahoma
County Jail but had no way to fathom the difficult days that lay
immediately ahead of me."

I do not accept violent offenders, child molesters, or domestic and
foreign terrorists.
If one of the above is your offense please look elsewhere.
